RENTAL NOTES
- Rental time must include setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
- The space must be returned to its original condition at the end of the rental.
- Please sort all waste and dispose of it in the designated outdoor bins. The bins are located along the street to the left after exiting through the sliding door.
- Cleaning service is not included and is available upon request starting at $100.
- Overtime, including additional cleanup time, is charged at $175 per hour.
- A refundable $175 security deposit is required for all reservations. The deposit will be refunded after the event once the space has been inspected and any applicable post-event charges have been paid in full.
- Any applicable cleaning, overtime, or damage charges will be invoiced separately after the event and must be paid before the security deposit is refunded.
- Maximum capacity is 19 guests.
