RENTAL NOTES
- Rental time must include setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
- The space must be returned to its original condition at the end of the rental.

- Overtime, including additional cleanup time, is charged at $175 per hour.
- A refundable $175 security deposit is required for all reservations.
- Maximum capacity is 19 guests.
