Shipping policy
1. Fresh Flower Quality Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our blooms. Since flowers are highly perishable, please
inspect them immediately upon arrival:
● Serious Quality Issues: In case of significant damage (e.g., extensive petal
rot), please refuse the delivery on the spot or contact us with clear photos
within 4 hours of receipt.
● Resolution: Depending on the situation, we will provide a full refund, free
replacement, or a mutually agreed-upon compensation.
● Late Reports: Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to process
refund or replacement requests made more than 4 hours after delivery or for
damage caused by improper care (e.g., exposure to heat or lack of water).
2. Order Cancellation & Modification
● Cancellation: Once an order for fresh flowers is placed and paid for, it is final
and cannot be canceled or refunded.
● Rescheduling: You may change the delivery date to any day within a 2-day
window before or after the original delivery date. Please notify us at least 24
hours in advance.
3. Non-Perishable Items (Vases, Gifts, etc.)
● We offer a 14-day return policy for non-perishable items.
● Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer.
