Our Ecuadorian Rose arrangements are available for same- and next-day pickup, subject to in-store color availability.
Each arrangement is made fresh to order using the roses currently available in our shop. Please select your preferred color when ordering. If your selected color is unavailable, our team will contact you with the closest available options.

Shipping & delivery
Our floral arrangements are made for order and for this reason they are exempt from being returned and refunded.
If you received an arrangement damaged in transit, please send pictures to info@jetaimestudio.com
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it.
