Delivery Information
Due to the size of these arrangements, delivery fees are quoted separately and are not included in our standard bouquet delivery rates.
If delivery is needed, please select Store Pickup at checkout and contact us to arrange delivery. Additional delivery fees will apply.
Stand Return Policy
Display stands remain the property of Je T’aime Blooms and are provided for temporary use only. Our team will coordinate their collection after the event.

Please place your order 1–2 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for flower sourcing, preparation, and arrangement.

We offer Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup only. We do not offer nationwide shipping.

All fresh flower arrangements and preserved flower arrangements are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your arrangement arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us at customer@jetaimeblooms.com within 4 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos.
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
